How to recognize a freshman

Well, after I registered and got my new schedule of college classes, I feel somehow the so called "evolution" on the academic matter, new classes are nice so far, I just got a couple of teachers (always has to be one at least) that really make me fall asleep. I can't help it, sometimes life is cruel to the world of smart and and lazy ppl (^_^).

Anyway, as the new term starts I can see some new, confused and sometines excited faces on the horizon, yes, we all were one of those before, but not too many remember that. easily recognizable individuals. The peruvian spanish refers it as "cachimbo" and most of the time ppl feel reluctant to talk to them and sometimes ppl think they are too noisy and annoying.

I don't have any personal issues against "cachimbos", I perfectly remember when I was one, but today I brought my lunch with me and I began to eat it on one of the gardens of the campus, natural stuff for me, so not so far from me there was a girl sitting in a bench, and she was kind of nervous, right away I could know she was a fresh because she was hidding something I could figure it was a sandwich, as you may know, sandwich as lunch is usually "school lunch". Poor girl, if she knows what she about to become...

You recognize a freshman because:

1. He gets to classes really sharp at the hour, and never misses the first day.
2. He looks confused, because most of the times the room numbers of his class aren't there.
3. He walks in large groups, so he can get beer at cheap price easily.
3. He can even throws paper balls in the middle of the class, because he gets bored.
4. Everyone gets along, at least before the mid-terms.
5. During mid-terms most of them freak out.
6. No one dares to say he or she is gay. At least until they get drunk, but what happens in vegas ...
7. It is easy to know that some of them has failed to choose their career.
8. Most of them thinks they have authority to talk because, it's college!!! the world can be changed!!!!
9. It is easy to find lonely ppl walking around, the lack of social skills remains after school!!!
10. After a week or two, it is easy to see that many groups have been formed, just as school, barbie girls, nerds, weird guys, emos, rock stars, shy guys, serial killers....etc etc

So nothing to worry about, the world is safe with the new generation that's about to come.

Perseverance

Hello everyone !!!
I'm back again, I know it's been a long time, i guess it's true what they say about posting...
Anyway, I've looking and I found a video that shows everything I believe in.

I've always thought it is important to persist on achieving your goals, somehow I always say that it doesn't matter what your goal is, how big it is, or how complicated it seems to be. If you insist and persist on what you are doing, it's most likely you are gonna get it sooner or later. I refer to this as a "luck of the unskillful".

My knowledge about computers isn't big but I think I can get better with time and perseverance.

Plutarch was a greek historian, he lived on 46 A.D. and I quote this from him:

"Perseverance is more prevailing than violence; and many things which cannot be overcome when they are together, yield themselves up when taken little by little."

I sympathize with simple goals and simple dreams, since I don't have any mayor goal in my life, and always feel bored about the regular goals of common people; and many can say common sense goals.

ハレ晴レユカイ, Hare Hare Yukai

If you like anime or manga, I'm pretty sure you've heard about this song. If you haven't... well, this song was chosen as an ending song for the anime called 涼宮ハルヒの憂鬱 (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu) [The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi], launched in april 2006.

The curious ending has become quite popular among fans cuz of the choreography performed by the characters of the same anime, broadcasted as closing credits. If you go any video sharing website, you will findtons of videos ( parodies or fanmade) based on this ending. I wonder if it's a good idea to make one myself (ﾟ∇^*) ﾃﾍ♪...



Somehow I feel this song wakes me up ｡o@(^-^)@o｡ﾆｺｯ♪ . Anyway, in Japan it's very usual when an anime becomes popular to make a special "Live", where the voice performers (seiyuu) get together to give a show to the many fans of the serie. In the Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu show, the seiyuus of the anime performed together the Hare Hare Yukai dance. I think it was one of the best ideas ever.....



Akihabara ( otaku's paradise) is the main point for any fan to play anything you want to show, curious !!! how just 2 cops are enough to stop a whole mass, no doubt japanese have great respect for authorities Ｏ(≧▽≦)Ｏ ﾜｰｲ♪



and one of the best massive performance I've ever seen...until now... no cops now....(..)(^^)(^。^)(*^o^)(^Ｏ^)ｳﾚｼｰｰｰ!!
